Enter the building through the Security entrance at the far right side of the building (when facing the building).  Sign in at the security desk, and enter PSU or Penn State as the location you are visiting.  Go up the ramp and follow the hall way until it opens up in a large common space.  The elevator will be on your right. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
